Even though Pace American has grown to become a large company since 1986, our dealers continue to have a direct line to senior management and owners of the company. Our commitment to open communication means that an answer to any question is just a phone call away. Keeping in close contact with our dealers allows us to track and respond to changing market conditions. This connection gives us the ability to provide our dealers with the products and tools needed to stretch our competitive advantage.
Annual Dealer Meeting – This annual event is a great opportunity for Pace dealers to meet the owners and senior management of Pace American and conduct open discussions about various topics. You’ll also be able to share ideas with other dealers and participate in seminars about selling, service and customer support.
Dealer Surveys – We periodically send dealer surveys to each Pace dealer. You have yet another opportunity to communicate with us. We listen to our dealers. We learn from you as well. AND we do the right thing.
Dealer Council – This council is made up of large and small Pace dealers, from each region of the country. The council varies in size from year to year and is chosen by Pace management.
On-Site Dealer Visits – Sales representatives, even the president and CEO, visit our partners throughout the year. These on-site visits are meant to assist in your growth and knowledge of Pace’s products and services along with gaining additional feedback from our dealers “in the trenches.”
Dealer Web Site – Pace is the only trailer manufacturer offering a comprehensive Dealer Web site. This is a separate site from the retail version and allows all of us to communicate quicker, easier and more often. The resources are plentiful: On-line sales ordering. Tracking of your order throughout production. Marketing materials. Training. The list goes on. Pace communicates better with its dealers than anyone else!
The Pace American Newsletter and Tech Bulletin – A quarterly publication that provides valuable tips and resources that help you to become an expert.
Retail Customer Surveys – Surveys are also sent to every Pace customer. We ask them a variety of questions about your dealership, our products, and the entire experience. This valuable feedback helps all of us do a better creating the number one brand name.
Trackside Service™ – We talk to customers and inspect our trailers after they leave the plant. Trackside Service creates satisfied customers which results in quality referrals to your dealership and repeat business from existing customers.
