Here at Pace American, we believe that great customer service is what our customers think it is! The Pace American Trackside Service Team was created based on that premise. The team will travel out to about 34 NHRA, IHRA, SCCA and SVRA events throughout the country this year to tell people about the wonderful Pace American dealer network, its great products and to repair Pace American trailers for racers, right in the pits.
Repairs range from replacing burned out marker lights to installing fenders that have been torn off to replacing exterior skin. Racers love the service because they typically don’t have time to take their trailer in for service. In fact, racers have told us that Trackside Service is one of the major reasons for purchasing a Pace American trailer. But don’t take our word for it. Here’s some feedback from our racers who have had a trailer repaired by the Trackside Service Team.
